I can't say enough good things about Sunshine Solar and Wind and its owner Gary Gage. Gary installed a 8.4 KW grid-tied system at our home last summer together with a thermal drainback system for floor heating. Working with him was effortless. He quoted a reasonable price and schedule and stuck to both. His installation was done meticulously and the total system is working well, as advertised. After the installation, Gary has been back several times to answer questions and verify that everything is working well. And now Gary is NABCEP certified, the only one in our area who is, as I understand. I would recommend Gary and Sunshine Solar and Wind to anyone considering solar.

Sunshine Solar not only recommended components for my application, but explained what we could expect from those components with real research about our solar location and the existing components already in place. They provide high quality components at a reasonable price, and did an excellent job with the install. Thankfully, Gary talked me out of buying the panels on my own for a modestly cheaper price, as one of the solar panels installed failed to generate the expected voltage. They came back out, checked the panel and replaced it on the spot free of additional charges. The system that was installed is producing better than anticipated and Gary has followed up on the install to ensure everything was operating correctly and to answer any questions that I had. Simply an outstanding job by Sunshine Solar. The owner, Gary, promptly responded to my email request to come over and give us a quote on replacing our old solar panels and upgraded the wiring and junction box. We accepted his very reasonable quote. He, and his assistant, showed up on time and completed the two day job under budget. All the work was precise and top notch. Gary is a perfectionist and that is what I wanted for solar/electrical work. He is very knowledgeable in the math/physics of solar and electric which is refreshing. All work done to code. Highly recommended.

Gary, the owner of Sunshine Solar and Wind was able to design a system that would meet our needs for an acceptable price. He did an impeccable installation of the system and connected it to our home via internet. On occasion, when there was a glitch with the power company, Gary solved the problem quickly.
